TERMS & CONDITIONS – PAYMENT, SHIPPING, RETURN POLICIES & BOOKING ORDERS
PAYMENT TERMS – We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover – Net 30 Day terms are also available for approved wholesale customers. Contact us if you are interested in getting set up with Net 30 Day Terms.
SHIPPING POLICY – We understand to ship large quantities of hockey sticks can be very expensive due to the size of the boxes needed. We will always do all we can to minimize the costs to ship your orders to you. We do this by getting as many sticks as possible in each box to minimize the # of boxes needed to ship you your order. We usually can get 36 youth size sticks in one box, and we can get 24 junior and/or senior size sticks in one box. A box with only 16 sticks in it will cost pretty much the same as a box with 24 sticks in it so you will reduce your shipping costs per stick by filling each box. The high cost to ship sticks is due to the size/length of the boxes. The cost difference between a box containing 24 sticks and one containing 16 sticks is minimal, only amounting to a few dollars. Adding 8 more sticks to fill the box will significantly lower the shipping cost per stick. We also get discounted UPS Ground shipping rates as we work with shipping software that has negotiated UPS discounted rates. We can ship you any quantity of any specific stick, but with wood sticks, whenever it makes sense for you, order sticks in packs of 6 or 12 as that usually allows us to get more sticks in each box.
RETURN POLICY – In for some reason you need to return part of or your entire wholesale order please contact us. Return shipping costs would be the responsibility of our wholesale customer.

BOOKING ORDERS – We offer to our regular wholesale customers the opportunity to put in a booking order each year. Booking order forms are usually available by mid-February at the latest and the orders are due by the end of March. Booking orders will give all our wholesale customers a chance to get the lowest wholesale prices of the year on all our wood, ABS, composite sticks and other items. We also usually offer 50% off shipping costs on Booking Orders over $2000. Our order with our overseas manufacturer must be in by early April and your orders will arrive to us in mid-August. We will ship your booking order to you anytime between late August until November 1, giving you flexibility on when you can take your orders.
